| We met Eric when we were looking for our retirement home. We had worked with Realtors in Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico and Northern California. None found us the right home. As we lived in California, our first contact with Eric was by phone. He took the time to ask questions about what we wanted in a home including price, location and lot size. When we flew to Boise and met face to face, we felt we were dealing with a friend. Eric always supplied a variety of homes for us to view that met our needs. After three visits we found just what we were looking for. When negotiations became difficult, Eric stepped up with a solution that made the deal possible. We would not own our lovely home otherwise.
